About a year ago, I was offered a bottle of FIJI Water. On the back I found a short piece of advertising copy that I could only read as a poem:

At bottom right was an invitation to “PLEASE RECYCLE”—and so I have. This PLASTIC ARTS series takes the 258 letters from the back of that bottle as found material for a progression of new poems. Each anagrammatic poem is built from exactly the same 258 letter set, title included. Recently, I've started to create new labels to replace the old and am working on publishing the series as a chapbook. The whole process became a laboratory for probing the enchanted, enchanting boundary between image and material, collecting riverstones and admiring mutant fish.

What is this?
